Hey! So, you’ve made it to my website so that tells me you are looking to make a real change in your life. I understand that need; it was part of my journey that eventually brought me to becoming a fitness trainer. I had spent most of my life wandering, wanting change and looking for it in all the wrong places. My life changed, when I discovered and became empowered by the self-awareness, discipline and sense of accomplishment that came with a life style built around healthy living and physical fitness.
Like many of my clients, I did not come to fitness with a background in sports or athletic activity growing up. So I understand the courage it takes to take the first steps and promise to be there to help you continue to grow into the new stronger, healthier you. This is why I take time to be personally invested in each one of my clients fitness programs both in and out of session.
In session, I will keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and most importantly get you to your fitness/lifestyle goals. Out of session, I will be there to encourage and remind you to appreciate your body, the physical goals you have achieved weekly and support you as you go through your own self-discovery. Any trainer can help you change your body – I want to change lives.
Over the last seven years as a physical fitness trainer, I have observed that those clients who were able to take the discipline, self-awareness and focus they used in the gym and apply it to their every day life experienced what I did – transformation and sense of wholeness. They changed their lives.
Bfit Los Angeles is about helping individuals meet their physical goals, while teaching them how to translate what they have learned or discovered about themselves in session into their every day lives. This is why our sessions are created to incorporate different combinations of training disciplines like – Kettlebells, yoga, H.I.T., metabolic training, cardiovascular training and resistance training with the practice of moving meditation and the power of breathe.

Bryna is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Holds two advanced Certifications through NASM – Corrective Exercise and Sports Enhancement. Is certified in Functional Movement Screening, Dotfit, TRX, Kettlebell Certification, and has studied with Venice Nutrition. She is currently in the process of completing a Yoga and Fitness Instructors Certification through American Fitness Professionals Associates, Spinning Certification through Mad Dogg studios, and Certification in Reactive training and neuromuscular stretching. In June, she will be certified as a barefoot specialist through EBFA Fitness.
